  • 90-120 Minute Virtual Zoom Call for New Clients
  • Weekly Email Check Ins
  • Monthly 60-90 minute Virtual Zoom Call for existing clients
  • Accountability, Support, and Education for Lasting Results
  • 12 Week Minimum, because sustainable results take time!

  • For established clients only.

Level 3

  • For established clients only who no longer need any additional support, but would like continued Customized Resistance Training and Activity Programming.
  • Receive 3 New Progressive Programs- each lasting 4 weeks for a total of 12 weeks worth of customized training.
  • Programing is based on your individual goals and preferences, fitness level, access to equipment, and training availability.
  • If at anytime you have questions about your program, something needs adjusted or your needs or circumstances have changed let me know and I am here to help! I want you always to have access to a quality program built to suit you. That way you are able to stay consistent with your training no matter what. Because consistency is key to reach our goals!
