Ingredients you’ll need:
- 120ml 2% milk
- 30g @outworknutritionofficial Build Whey Strawberry Protein Powder
- 8g sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
- 100g frozen strawberries
- 3g sugar free strawberry gelatin
- 15g monk fruit zero calorie granulated
- sweetener of choice
- ice
- water
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Drink (or eat) and enjoy!
